 General Responsibilities: Work in conjunction with internal clients to support their business needs while driving a level of standardization Analyze business requirements and provide solutions via alternate mediums: operational reports, scorecards, dashboards, and other reporting solutions Create professional documents to effectively communicate analysis and strategic recommendations Lead analysis work streams by structuring approach, resources required, and execution timeline coordinating with various internal clients Identify, document and implement new business process improvements Assist in building quantitative analysis models to support business decisions Effectively work across relevant Client internal systems in order to access data Understand how to improve the operational and financial effectiveness of the organization If Primary Emphasis is Business Planning and Revenue Support: Collaborate with client(s), Finance and other internal functions to: Help prepare data for fiscal year planning, quota setting, budgeting and business readiness processes Help provide data that will allow the team to provide revenue support, including: tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through to closure, pipeline analysis, optimizing field resource allocation, tracking operating expense and headcount, assisting with transaction processing, etc. If Primary Emphasis is Systems and Process: Collaborate with GIS to: Provide support to drive IT initiatives that enhance applications, automate manual processes, optimize investments and improve end-user experience Provide support to maintain and administer the Operations systems and other field systems If Primary Emphasis is Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders and departments on reporting initiatives: Provide support to enhance and maintain a core set of standard reports that meet the needs of the business Help produce regular reports to an agreed cadence Help support research and analysis projects to understand and solve business problems If Primary Emphasis is Business Intelligence and Data: Collaborate with GIS, business stakeholders and departments on reporting initiatives: Provide support for data warehousing projects Control data quality and integrity as appropriate Analyze and mine data using statistical algorithms If Primary Emphasis is Workforce Enablement: Collaborate with clients and other internal functions to: Provide support to provide implementation of surrounding field facing compensation plans Provide support to process international commission splits Provide data support for all Rubric activities Help support activities surrounding field facing incentives such as Mini Club If Primary Emphasis is Global Customer Assistance Team: Manage all aspects of a project from initiation through delivery. Create and execute project work plans and revise plans as appropriate to meet the ever changing project needs and requirements. Perform administrative activities such as coordinating logistical and technical issues, and status reporting. Ensure work effort generates desired deliverables on time, within budget and at required performance levels. Focus on the deliverables, milestones, and tasks for multiple projects. Manage the effective execution of tasks/processes on a project. Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately. Ability to make independent decisions using sound business judgment. Ability to interact across all field facing management teams. Self starter with strong organizational skills and ability to evaluate and report on a variety of sales related data. Ability to understand business needs, consistently meet expectations and respond promptly and professionally to business requests or inquiries, seeking guidance as appropriate. Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills. Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.
