The primary role of the Scheduling Admin is to support Product Managers and Engineering Services in the scheduling of meetings with customers. This will involve sending emails to customers requesting available times, securing the appropriate Client resources for the meetings, scheduling the meetings via Microsoft Outlook, obtaining the electronic WebEx recordings of the meetings and storing them on Share point. Additional responsibilities include updating Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel documents and other special project
The candidate for this role should have excellent verbal and written customer service skills , follow up skills, be super organized, be able to work autonomously, have any eye for details.
Someone with advanced experience with Microsoft Excel would be a plus.

Good written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Able to manage tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines. Knowledge of relevant corporate and government laws and regulations impacting job function. Computer literacy (MS Office i.e. word processing, presentation, spreadsheet and database skills); knowledge of standard Client tools. Excellent phone etiquette. Discretion in dealing with proprietary information. Able to understand, follow and implement instructions. Demonstrated ability to prioritize.
