Position Role/Tile: Recruiting Coordinator




Position Responsibilities:
  • Schedule candidate interviews in a timely manner
  • Take responsibility for administrative and documentation activities with interviewers, hiring managers and other employees
  • Use tools and licenses associated with talent acquisition (Taleo, Avature, Yello apps)
  • Assist with more complex vendor management and basic procurement activities
  • Respond to candidates', interviewers' and hiring managers' recruiting questions
  • Manage Client Talent Acquisition intranet pages and sites
  • Provides additional operational support in ongoing Talent Acquisition activities
  • Paid travel as needed
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
 
  • Prior recruiting coordinator experience, preferably in professional services, but any large volume recruiting coordinator experience is fine.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Presentation, communication, active listening and story-telling abilities
  • Comfort with high tech and fast-paced culture
  • Microsoft technologies and solutions
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Negotiation and research skills
  • Knowledge of a variety of recruiting channels
