SUMMARY DESCRIPTION The change manager will play a key role in managing Team Foundation Server Instance, including managing and deploying builds, configurations, source control, quality controls and granting access. This person will focus on changes to business processes, systems and technology. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing best practice change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The change manager will manage the release pipeline and hold regular change management meetings to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. The change manager will Support development teams in the release management of software configuration items: Web Services Web Sites and web applications.

  • 3-5 years' experience working with Team Foundation Server (2010 - 2015+): grant access; manage builds, configuration (Agile template), source control, etc.
  • 1-3 years' experience with installation and deployment of software, IIS, Web services, Web sites, Application pools, etc.
  • 1-3 years' experience in applying principles, theories, practices, and techniques for managing activities involved in the change management processes
  • 1-3 years' experience communicating with the customer facing end users and managing the release pipeline and hold regular change management meetings
  • 1-3 years' trouble shooting builds and deployments of websites and applications, .net stacks, etc.
  • Good understanding of all aspects of enterprise application suites (networks, SQL database, web-server infrastructure, software development process, quality assurance processes and the whole spectrum of ITIL processes)

TECHNOLOGY SKILLS (working or hands-on knowledge of the following):
  • Team Foundation Server (2010 and above)
  • Service Change Management
  • Microsoft Server (2008 +)
  • Networking Concepts
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Client ALM, Jira Software a plus
  • MS Dynamics CRM
  • New Relic a plus
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred
  • Experience as an application developer a plus
