Executive Deskside Technician

Position Role/Tile: Executive Deskside Technician
Location: Boston, MA.

• Work closely with Client Team on support process
• The on-site hours for this support will be from 8am–6pm Monday thru Friday
* Build and understand standard hardware Images
* Troubleshoot laptop & Desktop systems
• Create support documentation on MFS supported hardware and software platform
• Escalate when appropriate to PMO and MFS Client Services Management on-site
• Insure that all appropriate documentation is maintained and updated as necessary and provided to Shared Support Team and Mason Help Desk
• Work with MFS Senior Exec and Management Team at client site - escalation and ticket triage
• Manage Queue Deskside ticket activity for the Investment work
