Business Consulting Lead

Position Role/Tile: Business Consulting Lead
Location: Milpitas, CA.

Practice: BigData & Cloud
Experince :5 - 10 years
Proficiency: Act as a Product Owner and work in cooperation with Customer and business stakeholders to establish prioritization of the User Stories to be done in each Sprint

Expectations from this role:
Conduct discussions / interviews with business users to understand the current and future needs (Functional and non-functional requirements)
Participate in meetings/workshops with business users in determining the requirements and finalization of data attributes.
Coordinate with the business users on an operational basis and ensure smooth flow of information on business processes, requirements to the project team.
Educate business users on analytics capabilities to create an improved perspective of requirements.
Rationalize the reporting requirements.
Act as the key liaison with the client to ensure communications and support for the project team.
Assist the business users in conducting the user acceptance testing.

Awareness of the latest technology and techniques in Big Data in the market and the ability to analyze, select and suggest tools and technologies that suit the various business requirements. Also, adapt and quickly learn technologies basis requirements.

Consistently plan a business analysis approach for complex situations
Lead others with complex stakeholder engagement
Lead others in developing effective approaches for managing business analysis information.
Consistently identify and correct issues with business analysis work and independently plan improvement efforts.

Provide relevant information to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Align complex requirements with design independently.
Define performance measures and assess the data collected to evaluate solution effectiveness.
