Job Description:
WorkDay Support Specialist
Reports To: The WorkDay Support Specialist will report to the group head of financial systems and will follow the technical guidance of the enterprise ERP Architect.
Job Overview: Provide satisfactory transitional day to day support to a WorkDay platform for users in 5 countries in the Caribbean region, in collaboration with other ERP specialists. As part of the assignment, the WorkDay support specialist will help the local Finance Systems team to get up to speed in WorkDay support.
Assignment duration : Initially, 6 months, which could be extended to a year.
Responsibilities and Duties:
? Provide day to day support, particularly in customer accounts (AR) module in WorkDay.
? Guide the users as needed in the WorkDay platform.
? The support is needed in Jamaica time zone.
? Troubleshoot and follow up until resolution of incidents raised by the users in the ERP platform.
? Provide technical guidance, as needed, to the local support team to help to get them up to speed to provide support in WorkDay.
? Perform recurrent administrative activities for month end, quarter close and year end activities.
? Identify recurrent issues and propose permanent solutions or proactive actions to avoid these incidents in the future.
? At least 3 years of experience supporting WorkDay as an administrator.
? Experience providing user support in the WorkDay platform.
