Position Role/Tile: Siebel & Salesforce Analysts
Location: Remote


Job Description:

6+ year of business systems analysis in CRM Space

6+ years of experience working in a CRM analyst role
Prior development experience highly preferable
At least one end to end Siebel / Salesforce implementation or upgrade experience
Expert in Siebel CRM Modules: Lead, Opportunity, Service Request, Contact, Account etc.
Good understanding of Siebel/SFRC Architecture and implementation
Understanding of how systems integrate/work together with Siebel CRM
Expert in creating user stories, writing acceptance criteria , running Agile ceremonies
Must have SAFe Certification
Excellent communication skills and ability to converse with business and technical resources
Proficient in communicating and coordinating technology solutions and processes
Ability to translate business rules logic into technical requirements
Motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about solving tough problems
Passion and curiosity for data and problem-solving
Technical competency related to IT industry standards and best practices
Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
