Location: Boston, MA.

Major Responsibilities:
+ Install Software Package on Laptop (Windows 10 and Apple) based on user profile
+ Coordinate with Customer and  designates to determine work
+ Test basic SW functionality to ensure SW is working (as per acceptance criteria)
+ Follow up with user to ensure successful SW install
+ Handle incidents related to SW installation
+ Develop SW Installation procedure by user profile
+ Location: Onsite at Andover with potential to travel to Boston as needed
+ Participate in status and progress meetings
+ Track status and progress on SW Installations. Generate periodic (weekly, monthly) reports on volumes
+ Proficient in software administration, software packaging and deployment
+ Responsible for creating and testing Windows software installation packages, their maintenance, customer support and developing automated testing methods, reducing the need for manual task
+ Hands on development, standardization, execution and management of all 3 rd party software deployments to managed devices in production from end to end
+ Including testing, validation, deployment schedule, communications, change record creation, deployment, stats for each deployment and troubleshooting failures to drive towards 100% success rate
+ Design and maintain reporting dashboard to track software deployments
+ Provides guidance/training to more junior staff including cross training of resource across the team
+ Generate and maintain operational and other procedural documentation
+ Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for anything related to software packaging and deployment
+ Monitor and maintain ServiceNow ticket queue

+ 5 years' experience with software package installation and software deployments
+ Strong troubleshooting skills
+ Strong written and verbal communications are essential
+ Proven ability to offer high level support in an enterprise environment
+ Experience with Microsoft Intune software administration and SCCM would be a plus.
