Position Role/Tile: CRM Developer
Location: Austin, TX.


•            Responsible for analysis, design, code, and testing of multiple components of application code for multiple Texas Medicaid systems including the CRM call center application.
•            Involved in maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of complex modules and those that interface with other applications.
•            Combines technical skills with knowledge of Client systems and business process to develop effective solutions.
•            Works closely with the CRM architect for design and estimation of new requirements.
•            Follows standards and processes and work with various teams to deploy CRM application.
•            Participates in pager/on-call support, deployment of production releases, and introduction of new services into production environment.
•            Helps identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, good troubleshooting and debugging skills, and good oral and written communication skills.
•            2+ years of experience in CRM Dynamics 365 development including customizations, configurations, custom plugin development, custom workflows and web resources
•            2+ years of experience in application maintenance and/or development
•            1+ years of experience in C# and .NET development
•            Web resources development in Dynamics with HTML, Ajax, jQuery, Json and XML based data transfer a plus.
•            Experience with SQL Server, WCF, REST API, Object Oriented JavaScript, SSIS /SSRS, Asp.Net 4.0 Framework a plus
